We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on our forms, and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries you send us.

Service providers

To run this website securely we use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf: our website hosting and database provider, which stores enquiries securely, and Resend, which delivers enquiry notification emails to us. These providers only process your information to provide their service.

If you go ahead with a booking, relevant details will need to be shared with the travel suppliers involved (for example airlines or hotels) to arrange your travel. We will discuss this with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting travel arrangements, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time.

If you would like to request access to or deletion of your personal information, please contact us using the email address provided.
